Jazz harmonica player Sandy Weltman was born on this day in 1956. Weltman has studied with Howard Levy and incorporates overbends into his playing which takes him beyond the more traditional forms of Jazz.

Big Clarence Miller
Best known as a Jazz singer and saxophonist Big Clarence Miller could also play several other instruments, including the harmonica. Miller died on this day in 1992.
