Harmonica trio player Frank Strnad was born on this day in 1931. In addition to playing in the trio, The Strnad Brothers, Frank helped to develop the Strnad harmonica microphone.
Bo Diddley
Best known as a Blues guitar legend, Bo Diddley could also play the harmonica, though he usually had players like Billy Boy Arnold and Lester Davenport. Bo Diddley died on this day in 2008.
