Blues singer and multi-instrumentalist Arbee Stidham was born on this day in 1917. Stidham came from a musical family and was playing professionally while he was in his early teens. He occasionally played the harmonica.
Blues harmonica player Pete Karnes has been playing professionally since the 1970’s. He recorded a few albums during the early 1980’s as well as playing on an album by John Lee Hooker. Karnes was born on this day in 1943.
